After two and a half years of college he was offered a full-time position at Ralph's Food Pride in Ada. He has switched occupations a couple of times and is currently a Parts Specialist at RDO Equipment right here in Ada.
He is married to his wonderful wife of 10 years and has 2 great children. He is a City Council Member for the city of Ada as well as a Volunteer Fireman.
Josh enjoys helping people and that is why when he was asked to join the Board of Directors for the NCDAC, he could not turn down the opportunity!
He is excited to see what the future holds and cannot wait to be a part of the decisions that go along with it.
Kim is a lifelong resident of Ada along with her husband Denny. Kim has been on the NCDAC board since 2005. Kim has a sister who had moved from Perham to an adult foster care home in Ada and began attending the NCDAC. The then NCDAC Director asked Kim to join as a board member, at that time. Kim wanted to be more active in her sister's life so felt this was a good opportunity. Kim states “being part of the board has been a challenging & rewarding experience. In the last few years, we have seen quite a bit of growth in the people we serve and their involvement in the community.”
Kim and Denny have two grown children and three grandsons in Fargo and Horace ND. In 2014 Kim retired from Arvig and in retirement, has enjoyed traveling, gardening & spending time with family & friends.
